Aylesbury Vale Dynamos FC are looking for volunteer coaches to help grow the club. We are looking for volunteers who are passionate about making a difference to the lives of children and young people through coaching football. We have coaching opportunities in both boys’ and girls’ football and you will be joining a family of over 80 like-minded volunteers. We will cover the financial cost of any qualifications and qualified parent-coaches are eligible for a 50% discount off their child’s membership fees.

About the club
With over 600 registered players, Aylesbury Vale Dynamos is the largest community football club in Aylesbury. We run boy’s youth teams from U7 through to U18 and offer a pathway to semi-professional men’s football via three adult teams. We are an FA-approved centre for Weetabix Wildcats (5-11 years) and Squad Girls’ Football (12-14 years) and we will be running U9, U10, U12 and U15 girls teams in the 2022-23 season. The Greenfleets Stadium is at the heart of the club and has seen continued investment into improving the pitches, clubhouse and other facilities. The vibrant social club is open seven days a week and screens live football as well as hosting regular events, such as bingo, quiz and race nights.

About you
You don’t need any previous experience as we will provide you with training, but what we do ask is that you:
• Have excellent leadership skills and are able to actively engage and build positive relationships with young people
• Be willing to complete any mandatory FA training and qualifications
• Will adhere to policies and procedures at all times with particular emphasis on equality and diversity, health and safety and safeguarding.
