FA Cup day and the extra qualifying round saw Dynamos away at Step 4 opponents, Flackwell Heath.
Both teams started well and created some early chances. Exaucee making an important challenge early on and Baldwin making the Flackwell keeper ull out a decent save at the other end.
With less than 10 minutes on the clock a decent long range effort was tipped over by Oscar as Flackwell threatened.
15 minutes and the breakthrough. Williamson picked the ball up in the middle and played a delightful ball over the top where Alfie Anderson was racing through on goal. He unleashed a powerful shot into the bottom corner to open the scoring. 0-1 Dynamos.
A few minutes later Brownsword made a great run down the left and swung in a great ball inches to far in front of Baldwin.
Alfie Anderson was causing Flackwell problems with his skill and speed and he won a free kick on the left flank. He swung the ball in and Jenkins rose highest but headed over.
Before the half time whistle, Flackwell had a couple of chances which Oscar was equal too and there was time for Williamson to pick up a yellow card.
Half time: Flackwell 0-1 Dynamos
Flackwell came out strong in the early stages of the second half and Jenkins and Exaucee were on hand to clear up defensively.
Blaaze Lawrence came on for Abu Khan on 51 minutes. Bakary Daffeh then picked up a yellow card, as did manager, Paul Batchelor, as Flackwell pressed forward.
Flackwell were having more possession, but were not threatening Oscar’s goal too much. A couple more subs from Batch to freshen things up saw Brownsword and Daffeh come off, replaced by new signing Nabil Salum and Rheon Pascal.
Rheon was straight into the action as he robbed the ball and played Baldwin through on goal. His shot whistled inches wide of the post.
The final change for Dynamos saw Williamson replaced by Antonio Iannelli.
With 5 minutes remaining Dynamos had another great chance as Dave Brown won the ball and played Blaaze through on goal but he pulled the shot wide of the mark.
With 5 minutes of injury time played, the referee blew the whistle and Dynamos progress to the next round of the FA Cup.
